Spring surely has sprung. The energy is invigorating. Wildflowers are in full bloom and the momentum is high. I have been going at full speed with work. Just wrapped up the 6th week of classes. Baking and pastry are coming up. Currently seeking a new swanky apartment. Must have gas stoves and wood floors. I want what I want. And in two weeks we welcome a new flock of students to our spring program at The Natural Epicurean. And on top of all that there are tons of food events sprouting up. Let's see which ones I can check out.
